object recognition issue by qtp 11.0

Hi,

Environment:
qtp 11.0
VB 6 application.
Windows machine.

Some of objects, QTP does not recognize. I have the Visual Basic add-in installed. I asked developers and told me that they use third party tools and they cant help.

What do you recommend to solve this problem?
